My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

We are next to each other, with our (green) thumbnails! - LOL I love Nasturtiums, I have got them growing in all different colours and they are wonderful in salads, with that peppery flavour - good to see the 'dark side of the above' ;) BB

This is gorgeous. Orange is such an underrated color, and this bloom shows it off fantastically. Of course when I read the name of this beauty: Nasturtium my mind immediately spun off in the direction of a Star Trek universe alien race: the Nosicans (I think they were the ones with the improbable teeth and...of course...the foreheads.) It's funny, the names sound nothing alike and yet there was that association in my mind. My mind is like that! I really like this, especially with the darkened background: colors pop so well against black. This is super nice.
