While I would kinda miss the internet connection i'd probably give it up for a life like that. It kinda reminds me of stories my mother tells me of growing up in 1930's Kent countryside. She lived in a cottage and her father worked on the railways. Very cool images Neil and I hope you both had a great well deserved break.

That is timeless... beautiful and peaceful... apart from the railway, but even then you have STEAM TRAINS running. Fantastic photo montage Neil, brilliant!

What? Are there still rail lines in the UK using steam locomotives? Or is that a museum line? Or the Hogwart's Express, seen only at "special" times? This looks like a wonderful peaceful place far from daily cares. But, I can also understand missing your Internet friends. I could manage a week like this, but then start feeling stressed/bored, as I got to have something to do. Thanks for showing your beautiful little hide-out! Keep up the good work! :-)
