Description
some of the cars are already gone to their new home, but I caught 2 locomotives ,a coal car, and a tanker on flat bed railroad cars. the 49 can not take the other cars/ locomotives to their new home because it is not licensed to run on the rails. the two very large locomotives and an electric train are still there waiting to be moved
the railroad will provide a licensed engine to move them
my 41 year old nephew died of a heart attack while on the way to a doctor to have a cast removed from his foot. his mother is 81 and depended on him for everything. she is in bad health also

Prayers for your family. This is a great POV of this locomotive. We managed to get a NEW company in this area, with the latest and greatest models for fuel efficiency (green) a few years ago, and now people are complaining about the noise from the trains. At least our commerce is moving once again. :o)

My condolences for your nephew. Wonderful, dramatic picture of this old F-7A. I've long thought that this "warbonnet" paint scheme was the most beautiful ever to grace a diesel locomotive.

I love those kind of locomotives.

Sad to hear about your nephew and at such a young age. I am glad that old number 49 will get the chance to make one more run to his new home!

Wonderful shot, Richard. I had that locomotive for my model railway, back in the 60s :) So this really brought something back. Condolences on that nephew incident. Very sad, also for his poor old mother.
