Description
Went to a show today with a difference, a CAT SHOW. It was the Crufts of the cat world. As you can see it is so different from the dog shows, very quiet for a start :o)
Pic 1 - A puss cat sat on a stall playing.
" 2 - This is how they judge the cats, they are brought from their very decorative pens as in pic 3, (find the cat if you can!!!) then they are judged & taken back & if lucky they win the beautiful rosettes. So different to the dog shows.
Pic 4 - I liked this owners cats as they seem to take their cats out & about. I was really impressed as I thought some of the cats looked so bored.
Pic 5 - Some pens were beautifully decorated but so full of stuff there was hardly any room for the cats to sit :o)
We really enjoyed the day & bought a few things. Mr. Buck got some different food to try. I usually tell the girls I will bring them something back, but today luckily I didn't say that to them so they were not disappointed when I didn't :o)

I can't understand why you wouldn't take the girls to this show. I'm very sure that they would behave themselves quite well....now the cats and their owners, entirely different matter all-together Wonderful photos Barbara

Never tried taking any of ours to a show, even the pedigreed ones; they would have wanted to fight everybody!

Sounds like you had a fun time Barbara, and thanks for sharing this marvelous collage with us. I'm like you and fear the cats being trapped in those small cages for very long isn't the best idea. Did you at least bring the girls back a little something from the show? lol

Oh the poor poor girls!! I just don't understand why the girls couldn't go with you! They would have SO much fun!! Wonderful pictures of the cats, Ber you had a lovely time.

Wonderful collage of an interesting day out. Our cats would never enjoy being shown, they are not big fans of strange people and would likely show thier displeasure at bing prodded and displayed.
