Description

The first real frost, 30 November 2012, but all gone by coffee time! The lily leaves have lost their colour now, and I must brave the cold and fish them out.

I love ice shots like this! But what are you planning to do with those leaves? I know it will be something creative. It's just the first time in my life that I've heard of someone fishing out the lily leaves from a frozen pond, LOL!

This is beautiful. I love the patterns of the ice. We may get our first freeze tonight. If so it will just barely get there. We haven't even had much jacket weather. I bring my jacket with me just to boast my moral, but I've rarely had to wear it.
