Description

Played with the settings here and we are in my neighborhood again. My wrist is a little better. Thank you for all the good wishes. :-) Have a lovely sunday. We have thaw now and there isnt so much snow left, but on the road it is still very slippery from the ice. Thank you for your always welcome viewing, commenting and fav to my previous post. :-)

What a wonderful photo Helle, the snow serves to highlight them quite well. So glad to hear your wrist is feeling better

This is super! I love it when I see an image and it looks like something else. I saw this image and I thought it was a painting, well...a watercolor. It's so bright. The snow-whiteness opens this up immensely and it's very dreamy. It's a poetic image! Your neighborhood is fantastic. I'm glad your wrist is better and hopefully it keeps getting better. This is great. I really like the way the colors seem to splash and dance around. It's a still photo, but there is really good movement in the colors; it's almost like line dancing. The tree ladies are dancing with the grass guys, you can tell that they're grass guys because some of them are wearing red feathers in their hair. Well, that's the image my mind conjures when I look at this, and the pine tree ladies are in their fanciest green dresses. I like it when an image makes other images...and now I'm curious about line dancing with pines. Oh and yeah, the details are so crisp.

You look to have had quite a thick fall of snow. Take care while you are out walking and not slip on the ice.

Oh, but this is absolutely lovely; the pristine snow piled on the branches and grasses is wonderful, and I can almost hear the cold wind blowing through them and giving that intimate little sound you get when things are frozen. Beautiful capture!
