AAH, this is even more beautiful and interesting Andrea. And I see fishermen in it. A great pic, my friend.

Wonderful to see this old cog, many years after it was last used.

Oooh! I like this slightly fuller view; there's so much detail and the colors are so alive and warm and fresh. I like a good encrustation of lichen and moss and a great patina of rust/oxidation and this has all of that! Plus a human doing something cryptic. A fisherman, fiddling with bait, maybe? A woodlouse gatherer? I like the POV, and the overall mood is just super.

Such a lovely bit of machinery! Don't you just love it when people build such photogenic things?

Excellent POV employed in this pic of the uber antiquated and ultra oxidized mechanism, Andrea. Sterling colors abound.

Fortunately you don't need a license to take pictures. This is a great image showing the patina of age and rust and plant growth so well.

Awesome shot of this old relic Andrea. The rust and moss really adds a lot of character to this golden oldie.
