But just as important, we need to show some respect for the institution of the school, and the teacher. On-site security OUGHT to be PARAMOUNT in the function of ANY school. Profits have always been more important than human life, especially in the United States. Think of any industry where human life was at risk. Have any of them voluntarily made changes to their products? They have had to be dragged kicking and screaming into doing the right thing. And the gun issue will be no different.
