Description

Would you believe I cooked this turkey in a trash can? Just stumbled across this method on the internet. It is nothing new and has been around for a while. I had to try it. It came out moist, was easy and I didn’t need to stay indoors to keep an eye on the oven. A fun project with the grandkids.... See "Trashcan Turkey" . Great shot of the turkey, but trashcans are made out of galvanized steel that give off all kinds of bad gas when it is heated. Welders have been killed working on galvanized steel.
