Description
Must be thinking about hot Summer nights, that's usually when one sees this phenomena on the rivers edge. Years back the locals called them ghost lights and fetch candles. Decaying vegetation creates a gas that generates a series of dancing lights, quite fascinating. I have been doing a lot of research about my town, Millbury,what with its Bi-centennial celebration this year.The old hotel I live in is about 210 years old. Charlie, my resident spirit, (he hates to be called a ghost) has been quite active. Enjoy!!!!!!!

I once saw what your describing and it's a sight to behold indeed!...As for the Spirit(notice I didn't say ghost"....lol..That thankfully he is "not" a low roaming vapor as they don't play nice with others.... ~smiles!~ Grand Design James!

It's the New Year, so Charlie is out and about. He'll get tired eventually and settle down again. Love the Will o' the Wisp .. I've never actually seen one, but I bet it's every bit as cool and lovely as this one
