Description
As this image appeared on my screen I couldn't help but wonder, what is it? What's it do and where did it come from? So, without any definite answers I decided it is one of those objects that looks important but does absolutely nothing. Then the answer dawned on me,it is the prototype of a Congressman. Hope you can use one!

Lenord has it right, LOL, looks important but does nothing! This certainly looks important, but seems to do nothing. Of course looking fabulous and important qualifies it for a piece of art .. which is more then a congressman can say, giggles.
