This isolated mass of rocky plateau is known as the island in the sky and is in Canyonlands National Park in Utah.

Just a small correction here Canyonlands National Park is not in Colorado in any way, not even a small part of it. It is in southern Utah southeast of Arches National Park and northwest of Monument Valley on the Utah/Arizona border.

And........Lee Van Cleff enters from stage right.... Takes the Cigar from dust caked face and says; " Well Jeff, whats it gonna be...?" "What do you mean Lee?"
