It is interesting what you can find when cleaning out a closet. This was from my West Pacific Cruise of 1966. When we got to Hong Kong, the Electronic gang decided we needed a cruise jean jacket with our own patch. So we designed this patch and jacket. You might notice the patch has an Easter egg look to it. In electronics, Easter egging is a derogatory term. It means someone who cannot trouble shoot the problem and just randomly replaces components. Of course we would never have done that!
Enjoy! Thanks for all the previous comments, ratings and favorites.

Great jacket and thanks for sharing the history of it. You need to wear it and show it off. :)

It does not fit any more. Maybe one of these days. When we got back to the states, it did not fit after a month. See while we were over on the West Pac Cruise, we would sleep in as late as possible and miss breakfast. Eat a big lunch and when it was time to eat it was also time to leave the ship to drink in the local bars. So with eating only lunch, by the time we got to Hong Kong at the end of the cruise we all had lost weight. I also had a suit and shoes hand made in in Hong Kong. They all fit great until we got back. Best fitting suit and shoes I ever had. For the shoes, you just stood on a piece of brown paper and he traced the outline of your feet.

I know the feeling well. Dang how those old uniforms and duds shrink when you are not watching them! :)
