When I saw this truck, I immediately thought of you, Philippe. It was one of those times when a fellow photographer here on RR influenced my artistic choices. I love it when that happens! :)

Rusty crusty....this is a great motive. such a car graveyard give not in Germany. I travel to the U.S. in April. Can you give me one address, where I so find a place? Please. It is a dream motive of mine. Excellent capture!

A beautiful photo, Tara! Love the lighting on this old derelict truck - it's beautiful once again! You know every time I see one of these old vehicles rusting away, I think "somebody was really really proud of this vehicle at one time.." :-)

Beautiful composition & light. I don't necessarily associate old cars with romance, but this has a romantic feel to it. When I saw it, I immediately thought of the cinematography in "Bonnie & Clyde"...

The truck doesn't need a thing. It says Americana to me. Love your composition but the lighting really makes the photo for me. Yes, I found this model thanks to Google...both 1951 and 52 Ford pickups look virtually identical.

What a shame they have reached the end of the road but they are making a great resting place for lots of animals and insects and the grasses are softning the hard lines of the truck. An excellent capture with great light.
