I find this shot to be mesmerizing. There is such detail and the focus goes on forever. The significant desaturation plays wonderfully with the rusted and faded colors of this scene. As for structure I love how in the top left there is a diagonal wall and then in mid distance a big rusted tank at same angle and then in the background a pipe at the same angle. That continuity of structure just ties it all together.

erinnert mich an luxemburg,wir haben da im sueden ein klein-ruhrpott irgendwie mit all den stahlwerken und hochoefen,wlazwerken etc.mein vater hat in der galvanisation des stahñles gearbeitet tough job.

This is exquisite! I really love the colors, the patterns, the shapes. Everything in this is so incredibly perfect and the colors are super! This is extremely gorgeous and I love industrial architecture for these reasons. It's not "beautiful" because it isn't supposed to be, but it becomes beautiful when enough people see it as you show it to us. This is super!
