This started out as a test render for the Look At My Hair plugin, but I cheated a little, in order to get the effect I eventually decided on. I exported the LAMH as .obj into Reality successfully, I wasn’t completely happy with it, so I combined the Reality render with two 3Delight renders of the hair, both set at default shader setting, one with shadows, and one without. I wasn’t totally pleased with any of them alone, so I’m blended them altogether, and here is the end result. Have to say, LAMH is surprisingly easy to use, and the .obj exporter means it can be exported into Reality, which is a must for me!
