Description
Little boys are rooted to the earth. Nails and snails and puppy dog's tails. You can find them digging in the mud or seriously plotting strategy with toy soldiers.
Little girls are creatures of mystery and moonlight and fairytales. Sugar and spice and everything nice. They are often hard to find but sometimes they leave traces.

Beautiful image! Both boys and girls are full of imagination, creativity and dreams. These traces represent the three things in a captivating way.

The remnants of a happy afternoon spent in the sun. Lovely!

Any body (presumably a boy 'Dillon') who can draw a cube like that, is not that little anymore, unless he is a little genius in the making? - ba humbug, maybe it was the little girl 'Ally' after all? BB As Dr. Suess said once: 'I like nonsense - it wakes up the braincells, fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living!

HA HA! Very true!! Though my daughter had a habit of leaving such "traces" on her bedroom wall, which she atempted to cover up with strategically placed posters!

Interesting, I saw some like these left over from an "Idle No More" demonstration recently.

Dilly-Dally. Hmmm. Very stimulating to see this, as Brigitte says. This little girl prefered making mud pies and using pillbugs as silver balls on the icing. They always uncurled and wandered off.

My daughter use to love to put her mark all over our driveway and I have kept pictures of them ... great memory she turned 20 last week.
