Description

Hi All This was found on the Vilanculos beach. The can is rusted and seems to have been there for quite some time. I first thought people will probably think I am nuts for taking a photo like this. But eventually the willpower to take an interesting photo overwhelmed me and I ignored what people would think. It is sad to find something like this on a beach though and sometimes we all to often turn a blind eye to it or even walk straight over it. It still though makes a great photo - especially in water. Thanks for looking! PS! Astro is doing good and is back where he belongs. Your prayers and thoughts carried him through this. Thanks so much!

Colene - this makes a marvelous image! It reminds me of an image I took in Namibia - maybe I should upload it! I am delighted about Astro! :):)

SO happy to hear about Astro! I was just thinking of him a little while ago. Great image! The oxidation makes for ineresting textures, and the reflection is just right. If this is the sort of thing you think about but don't often do ... do it more often! :)

This was worth ignoring what people think, Colene! Nobody can see through your eyes but you. You are a master. Well done Astro! Clive

I think the thing that most impresses me about this is, I see the thumbnail - and I know it's just an ordinary object - but I WANT to look at the image all the same. You nailed this; good stuff!
