Description
Bill Langtree, a young American touring Europe for the first time, met Pasha Racz, a fairly well-to-do young student visiting Paris. They instantly hit it off and became good friends. After a couple days touring the city, Pasha talked Bill into taking a tour of Eastern Europe with an initial stop at his family's ancestral castle.
They took a train to Pasha's hometown and were met at the small station by Arik, the family chauffer. It was pouring down rain by the time they got their luggage into the old limo and poor Arik had to drive in the open area of the ancient limo. He didn't seem to mind since he was dressed for the weather. The castle was nearby. Once the limo arrived at the castle, Arik, drove under a covered portico to deploy his two passengers.
The two young men grabbed their luggage and entered the castle. Pasha had one of the servants take Bill up to his room, where a hot bath had been prepared. He let Bill know that dinner would be ready after they had freshened up a bit.
Bathed and relaxed after their arrival, both young men were met down in the library of the castle's living quarters by Pasha's grandfather. Pasha introduced Bill to his grandfather just as Jeeves, their English butler, brought in refreshements. Pasha explained that Grandfather stays at the castle to keep an eye on it while his parents both work in Budapest along with his three older brothers and one older sister. A family business of sorts.
The three of them visit animatedly while awaiting supper. Grandfather Racz has taken a liking to young Bill and young Bill seems entranced as well. The old gentleman has a vast array of stories to share. Pasha seems pleased to hear them as well. All too soon, the dinner bell is rung and they are directed into the dining room.
Well, who knows what will happen after dinner? Will there be more visiting or will they all retire to their respective quarters to let the raging storm outside lull them to their slumbers?

If you already so makes a great trip and is among friends, you will not go to bed. Even though the journey was arduous. There are certainly a lot to tell. A wonderful story with wonderful pictures decorated. Where are you from anyway?.
