I'm not up on my birds but this looks very much like a common old seagull and if it is..... then this is a superb capture of a wild bird in motion. Stunning clarity, perfect exposure and excellent timing. A stunning capture indeed!

a fantastic capture at the right moment and with perfect light; when zoomed you can see some hard white spots in the background ( see around his foot); I think this is due to your mirror ( if you ise srl-camera), and a good advice would be to clean ( or let someone do that), and I would clone those white spots away in your graphic program
