My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Well, I'll be...I was in that house and never noticed the mirror at all. I think someone was talking my ear off. Brother-in-law, where art thou? Well done hon:*

A spirit come back for a visit? Nice use of selective color. Great work.

Oh, this is one of those mirrors from Escherelm...it's reflecting a guy standing in another plane, probably an incongruent plane, since the color is shifted/faded...mirrors are weird like that; there is a story, but it has to percolate. I love the selective color as well, and the wonderful antique feeling this has. I suspect that this photo smells like an antique shop in Prague, the one owned by that really nice (incongruously cute) guy whose name I never learned. I love the mood!

I would say the past seeing into the future except for the modern penknife thingy on the table. nice shot though.

and if you touch the mirror, you will go into another dimension where the colours are gone and the people reflect what is there

Hmm, a refinisher's shop? An attic in an abandoned house? Many stories crowd to mind. Beautifully arranged and worked image!

Looking in the mirror and reflecting back on times when many things were younger... A lovely and reflective – in many ways – photo, Tara!
