Description

THERE IS A LAW... There is an ancient law that only in recent times has been rediscovered by men. It is called 'The Law of Conservation'. Some went so far as to break it down to 'The Law of Conservation of Energy' and 'The Law of Conservation of Mass/Matter'. However, Albert Einstein summed it up rather succintly in his E=mc2...that is Energy is equal to Mass/Matter. That is: energy always exhibits relativistic mass in whatever form the energy takes. Simply put, nothing ever dies. It only changes form. I have believed this all my adult life. Then again, I was exposed to many eastern philosophies while growing up that most westerners never know. I am often thankful I was, for they often make much more sense of the physics of the universe, life and death than what we are taught in western philosophies and belief systems. To that end - or transition/change, if you will - I came across this lovely poem yesterday and wanted to share it: DO NOT STAND AT MY GRAVE AND WEEP Do not stand at my grave and weep; I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there. I did not die. Mary E. Frye ***** Yikes! Everything is different today here. Thanks so much for stopping by my gallery, and for your comments and faves dear friends! I hope you're having a wonderful week. Cheers! Ray ***** Model is SRG_Ursala (WIP)

My sentiments exactly. And she's hot! Excellent work and words to live by. Great scene/setting and as I said, she's hot and striking a commanding pose. Yikes is right. I'm warming up to the look now that I'm sure they didn't screw with character counts for descriptions and comments. The story must go on!

A wonderful poem, and yes - life energy (or any energy for that matter) is never destroyed.. Ooooo - I LOVE Ursula! Definitely a hottie! She looks especially fetching in that Vindicator outfit! Magnificent, Ray! Almost makes me forget about the nasty 'new look' of the site!

I also believe that things only change and don't die. I have a book about,"Kunstformen der Natur" from an autor Ernst Heackel from Leipzig. It discusses the life of micro cosmos animals and plants. When I studied this,I was convinced, only things will change form and keep their spirit.Your image is a beautful illustration like all your others. I'me impressed! Gr.Rudy.
