Another alien landscape on a lampost near me.
I really love the exciting textures and am so glad they haven't yet 'modernised' these lights.

At first look I thought I was seeing tree bark. Interesting how time and the elements often gives man made things a natural appearance.

That's outstanding. I'm with you ... I hope they don't "fix" them up. SO nice to see such a deep texture! There's something very satisfying about it.
