Hi, I'm Andrea, and I'm interested in creatures and plants both wild and tamed, and people of all sorts. I only use a compact digital camera ,as I love being able to get it into a back pocket, and not have to cart heavy kit about. I carry a Panasonic Lumix TZ series, binoculars and a hand lens almost everywhere. Most of my outings are with the dogs so I only use point and shoot.
I am getting the hang of Photoshop, thanks to some very kind folk on RR!Â
I have a wildlife garden in Bournemouth, Dorset, in the UK, and spend a lot of time there . I retired from teaching art to teenagers a while ago.
I'm now getting some good results with my digi compacts; it took me a while to make the switch from my old film camera, an 1960 ish Pentax Spotmatic, but the mistakes are much cheaper! Â
I have 4 lodgers, 3 dogs and a parrot who, as at 2017, I have had 40 years.
I has so far had 19 dogs, mostly rescues.

What is this? - another fragrance, unbeknown-st to me? Why am I not surprised? - you can obviously get anything in Europe, we can't - well this comes as a surprise! and the 'flickr' version actually gives away what is the top and what is the bottle - another surprise! very interesting and clever packaging!!! BTW great POV, I love scrolling this up and down - up and down ... you get the picture! ;) BB

Never seen this one before, love the containers!!
Faemike55
impressive containers - I almost expect to find instructions that read, "pull the cap to the left, count to three and throw!" interesting shots (I saw your flikr shot as well)

Brilliant. Looks like the exhaust pipes on a posh car :)

I agree with Faemike. It has the kind of "precision" appearance that you would assume was military!

very nice

A very simple and elegant design. They look a little like high end storage containers. The Flicker image is also nice. It looks like they are wearing hats.

I didn't notice the tilt of the tops until jumping to FlickR. Also nice set of reflections of Tizzy 18.

Yes, very expensive canisters; elegant indeed! Lovely shot.

Seeing the other one, which I prefer, surprised me that they were able to use the term Swarovski in their design. They must have got permission or the risk would be too great. Those Swarovski Crystals seem to be all the rage these days, I'm seeing them everywhere and owners are quick to note what they are but to me they are just more colored glass.

Never seen that. Very nice containers.

At first glance I thought you had shot some very bling toilet brush holders. Nice shot and congrats for not getting finger prints on them.

Oh my yes, I never feel more feminine than when I'm wearing something that smells like a tuberose! Makes me come over all fluttery. Love those bottles, though. Nice!
