Description
I was trying for a rusting and worn texture, with an eye towards possibly using it on some 3D models but also just seeing what I could do.
Somehow that ended up drawing back in the simple line-drawing that I've used elsewhere because I never seem to be conceptually very far from thinking about crop circles and other geometric designs.
This is just a portion of a much larger piece that is currently being tested for use as the screen backdrop on my computer. There is something amusing about using ancient metal as part of a modern high-tech computer.

This is very impressive work. it makes me think of the line drawings that are in the mountains of Peru (I think) only with more detail

I really like this! It has so much potential, especially as a piece of work by itself. I love the "alien glyph" sort of vibe this has and it's making me wonder if it could embody a very strange, curvy language. I like curvy languages. This is great. I love the colors.
