Description

Maryhill Museum of Art Maryhill, Washington An eclectic collection of personalities! I don't think I'd like to attend that party. They called this "Visible Storage." There were a couple of closets that were open for viewing (there was glass across the door), but that contained works which would normally be stored in a basement somewhere. I quite liked the idea! Our campsite at Maryhill was at the bottom of the gorge on the Columbia River. A beautiful spot, but we had no connectivity ... it's pretty isolated. It's nice to be back! Although I commented on a very few images, I'm not going to try to catch up. That's a daunting thought!

I love what appears to be the only female photo bombing the old men.

Such a great idea, visible storage! I just love that naughty lady peeping out. Superb light: it must have been tricky to take.

What an interesting group of dour, stony personages. I love the light, however, and the idea that...in some strange universe...these individuals are all representatives of something terribly important and significant, and yet I can see that at least one or two of them could use...well...laxatives might help. I love the light and shadow in this shot and that sort of halfway light/shadow presence. This is brilliant. The one lady in this group looks somewhat less than impressed with her company, Shakespeare is a bit distracted, it seems...maybe he's thinking about that to-remain-unwritten sequel to Romeo and Juliet, and well...Ben Franklin does look somewhat amused. But what I really wanna know is who is the guy that looks vaguely like the William Hartnell era Dr. Who?

Excellent capture, I very much like the tones in this! I agree, when you get behind in commenting, there's not much you can do except move on from where you are, but don't worry, we're all keeping score so you will be suitably punished for the missing comments, LOL!

I have wifi through Verizon and it works most places. Ironically now it is better in ND than in other states because the oil companies needed it so 4G is everywhere now! If you get to Montana, forget it, enjoy the scenery lol!

That's slightly unusual I have to say, and a bit unnerving on a creepy windy night lol Good shot. Rob
