Dawn Echols, Combat Medic, retired. Her work with cyber-prosthetics was nearing a breakthrough when her funding was suddenly cut and her project terminated. She had just enough time to smuggle out her latest prototypes before the salvage teams swept in. In need of funding, and ostracized by normal channels, she cobbled together her cyber gear into a weaponized and powered combat armor system. Thus protected, she sought out and raided several organized criminal transactions.
