... those were the lyrics as warbled by Marlene Dietrich,
but this Moth wasn't attracted by a flame, but by the TV light and I can honestly say, that I have never ever seen such a beautiful bright yellow one - so I armed myself with torch and camera, then took potluck with a shot in the dark!

wow. I mean wow! I hope people zoomed this, 'cause it's remarkable. It's wearing a fleece coat! Amazing. And its antennae are so clear, with all those little feelers. I don't know what it's resting on, but, with your light, it looks like it's on a big sheer cliff. (I assume it's something else.) Such stark yellow. An incredibly beautiful capture, Brigitte---see, you have all these gems back here, there's so many good reasons to come back here. This was a wonderful series---your eye was totally attuned to these night wonders.
Well I've been here for over an hour (though I had to take a break for a call): I have to come back here more often, there's a ton that I haven't sat with. Your work's always, beautiful, fresh, creative, and bursting in our eyes. Just see if you can put out some snacks back here (in the older galleries)---a magazine, something. (A men's room.) And putting all these older works in the basement is kind of creepy---it's dark down here, there are noises, and it's damp. (Don't listen to me!) Great stuff Brigitte! I'll be back for more next time!
