Hello and welcome. Thanks so much for taking the time out of your day to view my work. And an extra thanks to those who comment and favorite.
This is another "inspired by" work. This one is very close to the original, which made it valuable as an exercise in posing, materials and light. The original is 13 52 by ByLaauraa (please check her out on deviantART). I was never able to get V4's hand and arm to behave the way I wanted, and I definitely should have made her lip shinier. I was happy with the mood of the piece, though, and I think the sweater came out fairly decently. I made it in Blender and textured it in Photoshop. I forget what texture resource I used, but I'm fairly sure it's one of the ones I've paid for.
The skin is by MaskEdit and sadly unavailable now. The morph is my own dial spin. The cyclorama and lighting are from my photo studio, and the materials are all mine. The diffuse texture on the hair is mine, too.
Just to be clear, I render much larger than I post. It makes postwork much easier.

What struck me immediately were the wisps of hair about her face and the delicacy of the eyelashes. The sweater texture is enviably tactile (feel-able?) and of course, your character is actually in a world of her own, which brings questions to mind: what is she musing about? or is it one of those moments when no thoughts register, only obscure, ill-defined feelings wash back and forth.

Wonderful portrait and great pose / expression !

Excellent work on bringing out her lustrous skin and the cloth textures. V4 joints always present a challenge in more extreme positions, but you have achieved a very natural effect here!
