Description
Our Oxford wandering took us to the area known as Jericho and here we found the street that featured quite heavily in the first episode of 'Inspector Morse' in 1987.
Morse was a detective series that pioneered the two-hour drama series that are quite common on TV these days. It ran, on and off, for about thirteen years and was exceptionally good quality TV.
I have inset a screen grab from the episode to show how it has changed over the last twenty six years.
