Description
Knew I was in need of rims. The Alloys were 11 years old and the wear and tear made them leaky. Actually got a great deal from the guys at 4WD Parts in Lynnwood.
Problem was, my treads were also on their last legs and they were pretty firm that I REALLY needed to replace the "shoes" as well for safety reasons instead of pushing them a few more months (and paychecks) into the future, so four new "shoes" went on today as well. A great deal, but still $1K+ USD I had not planned on.
Guess the Honda restore is gonna have to wait a bit longer.
I do think she looks better set up in a mono package.
What's the old Jeeper's adage? "Chrome is for motorcycles."

"Chrome is for motorcycles." Not where I live too much salt in the air. The Jeep looks great and ready for some serious offroading.
