Description

Vue8Frontier/DazStudio/Photoshop This was really just a test of the new ringed planet I'd created in Vue from a sphere and tori,and progressed from there.Moons are spheres with rock materials applied,the texture of the ringed planet is another rock material,the rings a modified glass material with murkiness settings and a rock texture used as an alpha map in the texture settings.Procedural terrains textured in a rock and sand material.Towers,landing pad and Recon Vehicle are from Cornucopia3D...LoRez MU14 Maintenance Workers from Daz3D(imported via DazStudio).Sky,light and atmo are custom.Postwork consisted of a levels and saturation adjustment,signature and resizing.Thanks for taking the time to view!

This is really beautifully done - your solution to creating the rings is stunning and very effective. I especially like the dramatic lighting of the towers and foreground figures and the camera perspective really brings the whole scene together. All around, a categorical success. 5+ my friend.

This is so cool! I would love to see more color differentiation in the rings and on the planet...still an excellent image!!! I love the view and angles!
