Description

Jock Generously let me use his PHOTO as a source for a new painting. Thank you Jock It was fun to paint this. I almost never paint people, so it was a good challenge. :)¨ Take a look at Jocks WIP ... of same motif. It will be ever so interesting. :) Have all a great day. We have still lovely weather, but now it will change to wet and rainy weather and windy too from tomorrow. I can feel it in my old bones too :/ Thank you for viewing and commenting :)

What an intense and vibrant work. I love the dark tones and the way they bring out the reds and the warmer colors. Jocko produces quite a lot of fine work and this near-collaboration is perfect. I love the sense of movement in this shot, and for some reason, the reds make me think of Flamenco dancing! This is great!
