Description

At last......off load 12 pairs of pinsetters......unwrap......split and install. Table and shuttle bolt to top of pindeck walls. Pinwheel, carpet assembly bolts on the back. Connect table and sweep assembly to front end motor assembly. Install shared PBL and LBS between pairs and unpack wiring looms and computer cables......we're running out of boxes, must be getting somewhere now !!!

If the box count is going down, it must be . . . Thursday?? All this work is making me dizzy. I will never look at a Bowling Alley the same way again. What time period is this spanning?

To be honest mate going by the last two images I had no idea this much went on behind the scenes. Been bowling many a time so the next time I go i'll spare a thought for those keeping it going :)

The top image - a tractor trailer rig with an ICBM inside? Reminds me of May day parades in the Red Square. The bottom two remind me of an electric generator plant. SO much equipment with SO many details just to roll the ball back and to set up the pins again. Hm... I wonder how many have lost jobs to these machines? And I wonder how many jobs the development of these machines has created? The folks designing them, manufacturing them, delivering them and assembling them. Must be a lot more than the folks who lost jobs to the machines. Keep 'em comin'. This is the most unusual photo series I've seen in a LONG time! And of a very unusual subject. :-)
