Description
My latest version of Man on the Street, this one a sad state of affairs, captured 6/17/13, early on an overcast morning, next to an occupied bus bench near the curb.
I believe this to be a male, sleeping peacefully away, despite all of the traffic noise. Could be homeless, but if he is, he sure travels light. Other than his shoes and what he was using as a pillow, there were no other accoutrements in sight. At least he had a blanket of sorts to keep him warm, and probably makes a habit of this. I was thinking that the pavement must get very uncomfortable after a while.
As an afterthought, I returned 20 minutes later hoping to get a closeup shot of his face, but he and his sparse belongings were long gone. Maybe he caught the next bus.
