Description
The Lone Ranger's sidekick, always being sent to town ahead of the Ranger. He got his butt kicked in every town in the West. Then the hero would ride in, guns blazing, to save the day... always felt bad for Tonto. I hope the new movie gives him more credit than the old tv show did.

If Johnny Depp is playing him there will be a stronger character for it. In fact I can hardley imagine Depp not stealing the show. I like the crow headress and the extreme darkness of the image.

Go, Tonto. I think the basic image of the Native American has changed a lot since the original movies. Love the "make-up" you did for him.....

thank you for this image for it makes me think of my father who died around this time several years ago from a rare genetic disease...he loved the lone ranger and I use to watch it with him as a young child although we didn't have the best relationship back then...we did both like the show and your tonto is magnificent. love the raven head piece and you did an excellent job with the face...excellent render and tribute to "Tonto"... chills and thrills

Excellent depiction! Great job on the makeup and crow headdress. Funny what Rene says if that's true. Indeed Tonto deserves more credit, but given that they're using a caucasian for the the role, makes me wonder. Depp on the other hand is nobody's lackey, so I think they might just do him some justice. Actually looks like an entertaining movie.

A fab render Seth, captured Depp's portrail perfectly!!! Most excellent Tonto may be a derogatory term in Spanish, but as we are in the Mid West.. I prefer the Potawatomi translation "wild one"
