Description
In this scene I try to get the "Film Noir" mood and look! The base figure is Victoria 4 and Michael 4. The postwork is done with GIMP! I worked with different layers and tried to get the smoke effect!

Thanks for your kind words and comments! Actually it was not meant to look like a TV at all! I just tried to get the dark edges around like old movies! But as you say it is great and I love it myself! I got my influence from old black/white movies and I also like the "Film Noir" style.

It feel transported back to the 20s. Outfit, black / white TV, prohibition, jazz, gambling. This time provides plenty of room for creations. I really like your version. It's as if I'm watching TV.
