Description

Here I used a set named "Classic Deco". I have played around with lights to try to get the correct lightning in the room on a sunny day! I placed a photo on a prim outside and light it up with a spotlight! I also tried to figure out there the sun was standing according to shadows on the photo. I have a spotlight as a sun to come inside the window and get the nice shadows in the room! There are 2 spot lights placed right and left from the camera! I also use a point-light under the roof to get the extra light in the room! Only the sun use raytraced shadows! Be free to give both positive and negative critic! I am still learning! Alf

I would criticize your artwork, but I just can't. My first impression was: WOW! This is really great Alf. Gratulations.

In some way I have the feeling that the perspective with the background is not completely fitting. But still well done, because I know how difficult it is to get that right. I had the same problem with this room, to get the view just right. Have a look in my gallery at the image 'Lounging Freak'. I didn't get the perspective 100% correct as well I think. You are doing a good job, so feed our hungry eyes with more! :-)

As a photographer I should lower the outside Photo to a more distance view. Try to extend the level of your floor to a the streetlevel in the photo. It is not an easy job, but in postwork you can alter the perspective of the photo too and then use it as a separate layer so you can shift it around as you wishes. Nice to see artwork from Sweden. I have bin there as high as Uppsala with our trailerboat. Beautiful country and a great lake that Malaren. I hope to see more of your black and white work, but this color image is also a beauty.
