Description
A house I came across a while back I just thought it looked like it has so much history and I am sure lots of stories about the people that had passed through the doors. I liked the way the tree framed the roof to me it was so charming. I could picture a fresh coat of paint, some flowers a garden, a porch swing and a brand new home and life for someone. Have a great weekend all.
Quite a few of you asked about how I was able to get the photos of the giraffes from that angle, well there is a bench that is near where they were so I did stand on that but they were just close enough that I just was able to zoom in enough. The story below is about twin giraffes that were born last month in Texas they are so adorable, I want the job of working with them.

very nice capture of an intriguing subject - i sense a poem in there somewhere in the peeling memories... which your postwork treatment enhances nicely btw. the only thing that niggles at me is that pure white area in the lower-left part of the image - was it there naturally? ...it's such a pure white that it looks like something's missing. otherwise it is a sweet and evocative capture hon... xo

I agree with most, definitely worth trying to renovate it and then think of the homeless, who would love to have a roof over their heads ... in a perfect world! fine image, BB

A nice photo and it does not look to be that far gone. A good coat of paint before winter and the roof looks pretty good for now. A nice link to read about the twins! THANKS!!!!
