Description

Featuring Claire (younger), Kelly (older), and Fawn (annoying). Just so we're painfully clear, just because the good ol' boy addresses her as "kid," Fawn is definitely Of Age. I wanted this to be a positive message about body issues and changing priorities as we get older... But, I'm starting to feel guilty. There are multiple reasons that women might find this strip offensive. Maybe it's time to change my ways. Wouldn't you all rather see images of women in a corporate environment, making big decisions, being paid a high salary? Or maybe the road to balance requires men being humiliated for a change. One more thing... It occurs to me that, despite many similarities, going to the beach and going to a public pool are actually very different experiences. I don't really think adults would go to a pool without children in tow. Oh well, then we wouldn't have a story.

I really like this. The man is greying a bit but still has his "shape". And who says a somewhat less than anorectic woman is not attractive? It's high time that the advertising media gets off its anorectic teenager binge and wakes up to reality! Who earns the money the kids spend on advertiser's gimmicks? The parents. Keep up the good work. A corporate environment? Too few can associate with that. I prefer the average, run-of-the-mill everyday people, like Kelly (good ol' Kelly. Oops! I mean ol' in a positive way!), Didi, and so on. :-)

I agree - shut up, kid - this lady is HOT! "A pretty young girl is an accident of nature - a beautiful older woman is a work of art." Fawn would be smart to remember that - 'cause she ain't gonna be young forever.
