Description

Ancient ruins or natural formation? This is the question to be examined by a far future expedition to a planet orbiting the star Alpha Leonis "B". Alpha Leonis is a four star system better known as Regulus, some 77 light years distant. A few indigeonous plants roughly 3 meters tall, are visible near the ruins. I built the scene entirely in LW3D V9 and built the dark colored ruins in Bryce and the landscape in Lightwave. Some of the texturing on the landscape and ruins is from an old steamer image map.
