Description
Huge radial engine, pair of wings, 8 x .50cal machineguns and a pilot on top! A very stable gun platform, excellent in the ground attack role......and if you run out of ammo, you can just taxi up to the enemy and scare him to death.....The Fighter Collections' P-47G-10 Thunderbolt, looks cumbersome on the ground but once in the air.........poetry in motion....

Hey..... isn't that Bill at the throttle? Or is Rob just trying to fool us? Great photo! I just can't figure out why the fuselage is so round. Is it due to the size of the engine? It makes the propeller look a bit small for the plane's size. Keep 'em comin'! Looking foreward to your next one! :-)
