This is brilliant! I really like how you've used the same color progression over and over in different shapes and in different ways. I found five, which makes me wonder what I might have missed!! :P Excellent piece!

i've made a point, to the point of boredom, of my not being here much; but it was time to once again bow to your work, and remind you of how much I love it and am grateful for it, whenever you stop by. And your 2D work has been inspirational. I love how much clarity you create in these images; and yet there is such ambiguity and mystery in these images! The clear cut still life of table, plate, vase, plant and balloon; and yet they all create such a mix of mystery and questions: what worlds are inside, what strange revelations await us, and what hidden connections. That last thing is so strong in your work, connections that await as we go deeper into your/our journeys...The color patterns tara talks about: I agree, they repeat; and they suggest that all things are interrelated, speaking an underneath language. And it's all couched in a deep-crimson darkness, so clean and clear, like your amazing photos... Beautiful work, clear as a bell, and mystery-filled as it gets. It's always great to see you here, and I'm sorry I've not been here much to greet you, but boy do I look. I'll stay in touch, Nikolay. Wonderful piece and great inspiration to you!
