Description

Having come to an uneasy agreement, Mary retrieves her son from the apartment and the three head down the elevator to the garage tunnels. There is little conversation as they make their way through the garage tunnels to the street level. The scene is devastating to all three; the streets are now knee deep in sand, which continues whipping through the empty streets. Trudging through the sand as if it were a snow storm, they are often forced to stop and help Coop as the fine dust wreaks havoc with his asthma. Exhausted, grimy with sand they enter the warehouse. It is here that Geoff gives some basic to Coop instructions as to how drive the smaller ORV in sand. The warehouse doors slowly rise and the two OVRs rush headlong into the city. Thanks again to all. May have lost a few along the way - such is life.
