Description

I've noticed lots of photos of bees on flowers here lately & I even posted one myself a few days ago, so maybe this is getting old, but I liked this one enough to go for it anyway. No idea what kind of flower this is, but it looks better zoomed...

Some variety of allium, for sure. I don't think bee-on-flower pictures ever get boring. It's a lovely sort of shot to take, and harder than it looks!

I used to be so afraid of bees until I got more into photography now I get right up close to them for photos like this and they have never once bothered me.. and I see the beauty in them through photos like this one.
