Description

Back to my poppy series again. Recently had constant pain in my right lower back. Went to see my house doctor. She referred me to radiologist which took x -rays of my lower back and right side. Seems that i have disk degeneration damage on L5S1. My house doctor told me to not lift or pick up any heavy stuff and i have to be careful and need to take care not to damage my back any further.Blessed day and week. God bless.
