My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.

Its amazing how much they look like paving stones. You could almost pick them up and put them in your yard.

Your photos are so well lit, and make this difficult subject beautiful!

That's very cool. I would never have seen that myself. You have a good eye for the subtle

I would feel like walking over these 'slices' of rock - but barefoot ! to get the real feel for nature's design ... (second thought, better not, with my luck ;P ) but it's so very interesting to stare at, fine POV and perfect afternoon sun-lit, "anyone for another piece of toast or a stack of pancakes?" BB

Pardon the pun, but this "rocks" in more ways than one, Tara! This gives me an idea....... Mind if I have a little fun with this one? :-D

The surface of Mars, I think, at least somewhere not on this planet; what a wonderful capture of these slate-y looking shingles. Maybe a dragon's hide? Great work, my friend!

A great rock abstract that looks a little like a puzzle that needs to be assembled...
