Buy this car!
Captured 8/10/13, at an annual car show not far from home.
Most ZOOM worthy.
I tried researching this venerable model on Google for details on its general history and specifications, but came up with nothing but Youtube or autos and parts for sale. That, and I lose patience rapidly on researching anyway.
In any event, I rather doubt that there were Dodge tires/tyres like those back in 1929.
Adelis, and have a nice day.

Wonderful old auto, and really excellent shots of her, Harry. I think you're right about the tires, and I'm certain I've mentioned before how much I like running boards! Great work, my friend!

Though this is a beautiful car, I would not classify it as a "classic". It is now classified as a "Classic Hot Rod" Fantastic post work; clarity and lighting especially .

This is a gorgeous car! And we don't get to see that many of the old Dodge/Plymouth/Chrysler cars; which you would think would make them more valuable. Go Figure? Beautiful photos!

another beauty in your car series...Your first shot gives us a lot of detail, both front and side, allowing us to see everything from those two little front-fender orange lights to the horn to the gears that attach (and move) the wheels to the beautiful side with all its reflections and near-squared windows and wonderful shiny floor boards (which denise apparently loves---you got some really appreciative comments on this car). And the front shot is a big fan-out of detail, with that typical high front grill compared to the relatively squat front windows; beautiful light on the chrome (including the mirror-like hues over the tires), etc. And while it's not the 'star' here, you got a real knockout of a car to the Dodge's right, which feels as much of an antique as the Dodge does. (And its red roof is in really nice harmony with the Dodge's red.) Then, there's your composition again---in the top shot, for instance, the roof of the car is lined perfectly with the awning above it; the car's right headlight is placed right in the middle of the adjacent truck's back wheel, etc. I imagine you want, at times, to wrench those other cars out of the shot, shout-away the spectators, and have all the space you want to set up your shots: I assume car shows are challenges to make the best of difficult situations. You've acculturated long ago, of course, as your shots all feel wholly at ease with these cramped and incurred-upon spaces. But I have to mention it from time to time, because it's not easy to get the shots you get! Another shimmering capture, from you, of an old beauty in a confined space, where all the surrounding paraphernalia (in your hands) stay in the background. Wonderful old jewel.
