Abreojos means "open eyes" in Spanish. I live on the tip of Baja California and Colorado before that.
2013 update. Had to go to work in the states since the crash of 2008. Speend my summers in ND working. Spring and summer in the southwest and winters home in Cabo. Got back into photography and am enjoying that far more than digital landscape programs for many reasons but mainly because it get me away from the computer and out in the world again!
Since I Started playing around with digital art several years ago and have created images I never thought I had the talent to create. I have learned from many great artist in this community since IÂ became a member IÂ believe back in 2002. Â Thanks for stopping by!

A beautiful shot! Where are all the tubers in your river shots? I can't believe you have all those great rivers and no one is tubing them.

Like the low POV & the rich color in the sky. Good job on the object removals too...

A little disappointing if you are expecting a 1000 foot waterfall but excellent capture!

Yes, what you do not do anything for the perfect shot. Class pic, Joe!

Well, to a bug surfing on a leaf it's a pretty wild ride ;-) Great shot Joe!

beautiful landscape. are you operating cranes already? must be a real chore climbing to the top of the tall cranes for high rises. I climbed 75 feet straight up on a radio tower at Monterrey,Mexico. I was so glad when I reached the ground again. climbing straight up versus climbing long extension ladders are two very different things
