some more shots of the balloon classic from past, sorry but i think i have poseted a few of these before, the colorado state one and the water skimming shot. but i have many new and great artist friends here so forgive the repeats my friends and visitors, i do try and comment on many new artists here and enjoy what i see, no lies on that. i feel that they need our words of encouragements to get them creating more art and to continue onwards here or any site. i would like to rant on about someone again, but will not play his childish games. gee i even told him i was sorry about my rant and he comes back telling me to quit crying about being unemployed. hey some day this comedian will be there. i will post a few more shots from the classic and will find other pic's i know i have not posted yet, found my other disks today and have over 400, but i will not bore you all with nearlly that many. lol Steve i do have a few poser images ready to post, just don't have a paid membesrship to post more then on a day.

They have a Big Balloon Fest in Albuquerque in October, it's quite impressive too. El Paso has one too but in their infinite wisdom the organizers choose May, Spring in West Texas is Sandstorm season, Hot Air Balloons and Sandstorms don't mix, that's why now it's more of a Music Fest than Balloon Fest. That's a good decision on the "Dude" Joke Him, don't bother with him let him crawl off into a corner and sulk by his lonesome, not worth your effort to pay him any mind. Peace

Beautiful photos! The one in the lower right would make a fabulous jigsaw puzzle (a weakness of mine). Hang in there, Steve. I know what you are going through and it is no fun, but somehow we will get through it.

Beautiful images. These balloons are so majestic looking. I agree with your comments about new artists. There are several who rarely get comments and I think much of their work is superior. I am sorry you continue to have issues with this unnamed artist. The comments he made are small and petty. I know I have been in a similar situation to yours and you have my heart felt sympathy.

after us being here 7 years, I'm kinda shocked to see you posted your face as your avatar.... I remember years ago it took me some convincing to finally see a picture of you - lol .... just saw your page where you said you moved to colorado in 67 - something we have in common again... came here in 67 in a 57 Chevy.... the colorado hot air balloon looks so classy, we have a killer flag.

I have always wanted to ride in a balloon but for the price, I would rather ride in a vintage WWII plane superb collage. if I did not have a Prime membership, I would be posting only one a day also

Cool collage Steve.. I particularity like the Balloon water skimming shot... that must have been an awesome experience!.. oh and yeah, you can only please some of the people, some of the time..and endorse Seth's comments, he is ever the thoughtful!!
